The COILMAC EX41+ offers electric foot-pedal punching of up to 25 sheets of 20 lb bond paper per punch. This coil binding machine punches 4 X 5 oval holes which allows you to insert coil bindings faster and easier. The unit also has 54 disengageable dies that are a time saver when binding odd size jobs. The unit punches a lettersize hole pattern (.248'') which is great when binding lettersize pages. The full size Electric Coil Inserter is also foot-pedal controlled making inserting coil fast and easy. The unit allows you to electrically coil bind books up to 13.5'' in length and up to 20mm or approximately 170 sheets in thickness. (larger coil up to 50mm or 2'' in thickness may be inserted by hand). Easy to operate, start the coil into the punched holes of the document. Place the coil against the roller, press the foot pedal and spin the coil into the document and crimp the ends of the coil.
The unit allows you to coil bind books up to 3/4" in thickness and 12" in length. Loaded with features--the margin depth control allows you to vary the distance the holes are punched from the edge of the paper which will enable the pages to turn easier. The open throat design and continuous punching guide allows for punching paper sheets longer than 12'' in length.
